Job summary

Winston Taylor LLP seeks a mid-level patent litigation associate to join its IP practice in Dallas. The candidate should have 3–5 years of experience handling patent disputes before district courts and ITC/PTAB proceedings.

An electrical/computer engineering or CS degree is preferred; USPTO registration is a plus but not required. Bar admission in the preferred office location is required, with consideration for other offices.

Job description

Winston Taylor is looking for an enthusiastic, skilled, and highly qualified mid-level litigation associate to join its intellectual property practice. Candidate should have three to five years of experience as a seasoned patent litigator with extensive experience representing both accused infringers and patent owners before district courts, the International Trade Commission, and/or before the USPTO in PTAB proceedings. The ideal candidate will have a degree in electrical/computer engineering, computer science, or equivalent professional experience. USPTO registration is a plus but not required. While California and Texas are the preferred office locations for this position, we will also consider candidates within our other offices. All candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location.
