You will represent clients before courts and agencies, conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and collaborate with partners on case strategy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in employment litigation.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of employment litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Advise clients on employment law compliance, workplace policies, and risk management.
• Represent clients before state and federal courts as well as administrative agencies.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and memoranda.
• Collaborate with partners and other associates on case strategy.
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
