The role requires 4-6 years of litigation experience, excellent writing and client-relations skills, and the ability to manage cases independently. A Juris Doctor degree and state bar admission are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage litigation independently.
• Trial experience preferred but not required.
• Admitted to the state bar or eligible to waive in.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day advice on employment law compliance issues.
• Litigate trade secret and employee mobility cases.
• Defend companies in wrongful termination and discrimination disputes.
• Conduct workplace investigations, including at the executive level.
• Perform due diligence in corporate transactions.
• Negotiate executive employment and separation agreements.
