Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in employment litigation.
• Experience handling wage and hour, discrimination, and workplace disputes.
• Exposure to federal and state employment laws and regulations.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and work directly with clients.
• Experience taking or defending depositions is a plus.
• Prior clerkship experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle employment-related litigation matters from early case assessment through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other substantive filings.
• Manage discovery, including document review, ESI, and responses.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and court appearances.
• Conduct internal investigations and witness interviews.
• Advise clients on day-to-day workplace issues and risk mitigation strategies.
• Assist with drafting and reviewing employment agreements, policies, and restrictive covenants.
• Collaborate with colleagues across offices on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters.
