Responsibilities

• Litigate employment-related matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and related claims.
• Represent clients in court, arbitration, mediation, and before administrative agencies.
• Manage cases from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Provide advice and counsel on workplace policies, compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Support clients with dispute resolution strategies and preventative practices.
