Everleap Fertility in Bedford, New Hampshire is seeking a Mid-Level Embryologist to join a growing IVF laboratory team. You will refine skills in oocyte and embryo handling, culture, biopsy, and cryopreservation, progressing toward independent core procedures.

The role requires a U.S.-based IVF lab background, a BS in Biology, and a commitment to quality and patient care within a high‑performance setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Biology or a related scientific field.
• 3+ years of hands-on human IVF laboratory experience in the United States.
• Demonstrated competency in core embryology procedures.
• Strong understanding of embryo morphology and developmental assessment.
• Ability to interpret laboratory findings within a clinical context.

Responsibilities

• Perform IVF laboratory procedures according to established laboratory protocols and SOPs.
• Maintain strict adherence to quality assurance and quality control standards.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and laboratory safety regulations.
• Participate in proficiency testing and competency evaluations.
• Identify and troubleshoot laboratory issues that may impact clinical outcomes.
• Support laboratory optimization initiatives and research activities.
• Participate in laboratory meetings and continuing education programs.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation, reporting, and data entry.
