Job summary

IVI RMA North America is seeking a Mid-Level Embryologist for our Baskin Ridge, NJ lab. The role focuses on executing IVF laboratory procedures in line with our policies and quality standards, with opportunities to grow to perform all aspects of embryology independently.

The ideal candidate has a BS in science, 3+ years embryology experience, and the ability to work weekends/holidays while upholding accuracy and patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Science required.
• 3+ years embryology experience required.
• Ability to work weekends and some holidays.
• Strong judgment and independence in lab procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow established policies for IVF procedures, specimen handling, and tissue storage.
• Maintain quality assurance, quality control, and operating guidelines for lab services.
• Adhere to quality control policies and documentation requirements.
• Follow OSHA requirements for safe lab operation.
• Perform lab services independently with proficiency.
• Participate in clinical and research lab operations as directed.
• Identify problems that may adversely affect patients and facilitate a solution.
• Attend laboratory meetings and continuing education programs.
