Everleap Fertility is seeking a Senior-Level Embryologist to join the Clive, Iowa laboratory team. This role focuses on performing and refining core embryology procedures within a U.S. clinical IVF setting and advancing toward independent practice.

You will handle oocyte/sperm prep, culture, grading, biopsy (as trained), vitrification/warming, and cryostorage while adhering to SOPs, QA/QC, and safety standards; weekend/holiday rotation applies.

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Science degree (Biology or related field) required.
• 3+ years of hands-on human IVF laboratory experience in the U.S.
• Demonstrated competency in core embryology procedures.
• Strong understanding of embryo morphology and developmental assessment.
• Ability to interpret laboratory findings within clinical context.
• High attention to detail and commitment to laboratory excellence.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Weekend and holiday rotation required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform IVF laboratory procedures following established SOPs and quality standards.
• Maintain strict adherence to QA/QC protocols and documentation requirements.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and laboratory safety standards.
• Participate in proficiency testing and competency assessments.
• Identify and troubleshoot laboratory issues that may impact clinical outcomes.
• Contribute to ongoing laboratory optimization and research initiatives.
• Attend laboratory meetings and continuing education programs.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation and data entry.
