Everleap Fertility in Waltham, MA is seeking a Senior Embryologist to join our growing laboratory team. You will perform core embryology procedures and help advance our IVF program within a US clinical standards framework.

Ideal candidates have a BS in Biology or related field, 3+ years of hands-on IVF lab experience in the U.S., and a commitment to quality, safety, and collaborative patient‑centered care. Weekend/holiday rotation is required.

Formación

• BS in Biology or related field required.
• 3+ years of hands-on human IVF laboratory experience in the U.S.
• Demonstrated competency in core embryology procedures.
• Strong understanding of embryo morphology and developmental assessment.
• Ability to interpret laboratory findings within clinical context.

Responsabilidades

• Perform IVF laboratory procedures following established SOPs and quality standards.
• Maintain strict adherence to QA/QC protocols and documentation requirements.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and laboratory safety standards.
• Participate in proficiency testing and competency assessments.
• Identify and troubleshoot laboratory issues that may impact clinical outcomes.
• Contribute to ongoing laboratory optimization and research initiatives.
• Attend laboratory meetings and continuing education programs.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation and data entry.
