Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of work experience.
• Comfort with direct donor interaction and asking for support.
• Clear written and verbal communication, organization, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and PowerPoint for data and donor tracking.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage a portfolio of up to 450 mid-level donors and a pipeline of 150 prospects.
• Build relationships via phone, email, and in-person meetings and site visits.
• Retain and increase annual giving; transition donors to major gifts when appropriate.
• Collaborate to set and track annual fundraising goals and revenue targets.
• Handle administrative duties and maintain donor records in Salesforce.
• Coordinate with marketing, major gifts, and gift planning teams.
