Ryder in Grand Island, NE is hiring a Mid-Level Diesel Technician to service heavy-duty vehicles and contribute to a reliable maintenance program. You will work with state-of-the-art diagnostics and tools, performing routine and advanced repairs with attention to safety and quality.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Vocational/technical certification or post-secondary degree preferred.
• Basic tools required.
• CDL Class A preferred.
• 2+ years of related maintenance experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Performs vehicle maintenance and repair duties.
• Performs standard vehicle maintenance.
• Diagnoses mechanical and electronic problems using diagnostic tools.
• Identifies root causes and performs repairs.
• Interacts with drivers to determine nature of the issue.
• Follows safety, DOT, and company compliance guidelines.
• Maintains documentation in the Shop Management System.
