Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) required; PA Bar in good standing.
• Prosecutor experience in criminal matters and trials preferred.
• Ability to work with law enforcement and Grand Jury processes.

Responsibilities

• Performs legal research and prepares cases for trial or disposition.
• Prepares and approves search warrants, motions, pleadings and other documents.
• Guides and assists law enforcement during investigations.
• Prepares witnesses and evidence for Grand Jury and criminal cases.
• Evaluates cases for disposition and discusses with senior attorneys.
• Prepares and presents misdemeanor and felony cases for jury trial.
