Job summary

You will prosecute cases at all levels of the criminal system, from Magisterial District Judge to appellate dispositions; trials before a jury or judge are expected; this position is transitional

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Active, in-good-standing Pennsylvania Bar membership.
• Experience in criminal prosecution or related legal proceedings preferred.
• Ability to handle investigations and trial preparation.

Responsibilities

• Perform legal research and prepare cases for trial or disposition.
• Draft and review warrants, motions, pleadings, and related documents.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during investigations to guide the case.
• Prepare witnesses and evidence for grand jury and trials.
• Evaluate cases for disposition and coordinate with senior attorneys.
• Prepare and present misdemeanor and felony cases for jury trial.
