• Tasks involve drafting purchase agreements, ancillary documents, and third-party legal opinions; coordinating domestic and cross-border transaction teams; managing due diligence and data rooms; and negotiating aspects of corporate transactions.
• The role offers exposure to a range of disciplines including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, debt finance, capital markets, joint ventures, strategic alliances, commercial contracts, securities offerings, and corporate governance.
