• Key tasks involve transaction management, due diligence (including data room or data site management), assisting with client relationship management, and negotiating aspects of corporate transactions.
• Required experience covers mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, auctions, carve-out transactions, joint ventures, and/or cross-border transactions.
• Required professional skills include drafting purchase agreements, ancillary documents, and third-party legal opinions, as well as coordinating domestic and cross-border transaction teams.
