• The position offers an opportunity to assume significant responsibility in complex transactional matters for key clients.
• The role provides involvement with a variety of assignments and hands-on experience across disciplines including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, debt finance, capital markets, joint ventures, strategic alliances, commercial contracts, securities offerings, and corporate governance.
• Responsibilities include advising firm clients on M&A, joint ventures, and other corporate transactional matters, along with transaction management, due diligence, and assisting with client relationship management.
• Required experience includes specific transaction types such as dispositions, auctions, carve-out transactions, joint ventures, and/or cross-border transactions.
• The role requires the ability to draft purchase agreements, ancillary documents, and third-party legal opinions; coordinate domestic and cross-border transaction teams; manage due diligence and data rooms; and negotiate aspects of corporate transactions.
