Job summary

Overview

• Opportunity to assume significant responsibility in complex transactional matters for key clients within a growing local and global team.
• Expect to be involved with a variety of assignments and gain hands-on experience across disciplines including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, debt finance, capital markets, joint ventures, strategic alliances, commercial contracts, securities offerings, and corporate governance.
• Responsibilities include advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactional matters; transaction management; due diligence; and assisting with client relationship management.
• Required professional experience includes M&A, dispositions, auctions, carve-out transactions, joint ventures, and/or cross-border transactions.
• Demonstrated ability is required to draft purchase agreements, ancillary documents, and third-party legal opinions; coordinate domestic and cross-border transaction teams; manage due diligence and data room processes; and negotiate aspects of corporate transactions.
