Duties:

• Represent healthcare clients in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity/venture capital transactions
• Assist with entity formation, corporate governance, and operational strategies
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents and commercial agreements
• Conduct legal due diligence and regulatory reviews
• Collaborate with regulatory, litigation, and tax teams
• Support client relationships and project execution
• Participate in training and development programs

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, private equity, or joint ventures
• Experience advising healthcare clients is preferred
• Ability to manage projects independently and collaboratively

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school
• High academic achievement preferred
