Job summary

Scan.com is seeking an experienced contracts attorney to serve as the primary legal contact for the Supply team on imaging center, diagnostic services, and vendor agreements. You will manage the full contract lifecycle from initiation to renewal.

Responsibilities include drafting, redlining, and negotiating contracts including BAAs and DPAs; owning the NDA process; building scalable contracting infrastructure; supporting regulatory compliance and CLM platform administration; and training

• Act as the primary legal contact for contracting across imaging, diagnostics, and vendor agreements.
• Draft, redline, and negotiate contracts including BAAs and DPAs.
• Own the NDA process and scalable contracting infrastructure.
• Support healthcare regulatory compliance and administer the CLM platform.
• Train business users on contracting policies.
