Job summary

Scan.com is seeking a Mid-Level Contracts Attorney in Atlanta to own the NDA process and support the supply team across the contract lifecycle. You will draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, while building contracting infrastructure to scale a fast-growing healthcare tech company.

You will also help implement CLM workflows, train business users, and ensure HIPAA, AKS/Stark, and related state/federal privacy requirements are reflected in contract terms.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing in any U.S. state.
• Strong commercial contracting experience with ability to run matters with limited oversight.
• Excellent drafting and redlining skills with clean, professional changes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal point of contact for the Supply team on imaging center, diagnostic, and vendor agreements.
• Draft and redline agreements against standard positions; flag deviations and propose fallbacks.
• Negotiate liability caps, indemnities, data/privacy terms, termination/renewal terms, and payment terms.
