Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of complex commercial litigation from strategy to resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Prepare and manage discovery, addressing disputes as needed.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Appear before New Jersey state and federal courts and in arbitrations.
• Manage day-to-day case activities and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct legal research and communicate findings effectively.
