Job summary

MAXIM HEALTHCARE SERVICES in Pasadena, CA seeks a qualified supervisor to develop and oversee behavioral programs for children with autism under a BCBA. You will lead program design, supervision of Behavior Technicians, and training of families and school staff.

The role includes conducting client assessments, updating progress on goals, and ensuring treatment effectiveness under the Clinical Supervisor (BCBA). This is a full-time field position based in California.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, human services, education, counseling, psychology or related field; MA in ABA preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience providing behavioral services to children with autism.
• Experience delivering behavior analytic services in home, school, or community settings.
• Enrolled in approved BACB courses and preparing for BCBA exam.
• Strong communication and computer skills; CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Develops goals, programs, materials, and behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Oversees Behavior Technicians and supervises caseloads as assigned by BCBA/Operations Leader.
• Conducts face-to-face supervision and training for Behavior Technicians.
• Assists BCBA in assessments and updates behavior plans with progress and goals.
• Trains families, caregivers, and school staff in implementation of behavior change plans.
