Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Lead Behavior Technician in California to lead and mentor a team while delivering ABA interventions to children with Autism. You will maintain a direct caseload and support BCBAs with clinical and administrative duties under supervision.

The role emphasizes leadership development, program creation, and staff training, with compensation ranging from $24 to $28 per hour and full Maxim benefits. This position is based in clinic settings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• BCBA/BCaBA coursework enrollment is strongly preferred.
• Completion of 40-hour ABA training is required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers ABA intervention to children in the clinic setting as outlined by Treatment Plans.
• Maintains a direct caseload while balancing support responsibilities.
• Under supervision of a BCBA, develops and creates programs, goals, and materials for clients.
• Develops and creates training materials for other Technicians under BCBA supervision.
• Trains new technicians and provides guidance to other Technicians.
