Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Midlevel II Supervisor in California to provide clinical support and case management to behavior technicians and clients under a BCBA. Salary ranges from $30 to $32 per hour.

A master’s degree in related fields and BCBA prep are required, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Responsibilities include developing goals and behavior intervention plans, supervising technicians, conducting case supervision, and training families and school staff on plan

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, human services, education, counseling, psychology, or criminal justice.
• MA in ABA preferred.
• At least 1 year of behavioral services for children with autism or related disorders.
• Experience delivering behavior analytic services in home, school, or community settings.
• Enrolled in BACB courses and preparing for BCBA exam.

Responsabilités

• Develops goals, programs, and behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Oversees Behavior Technicians under supervision of BCBA or Operations Leader.
• Conducts face-to-face supervision of cases and technicians for assigned caseload.
• Assists Clinical Supervisor in behavioral and skill acquisition assessments.
• Trains Behavior Technicians in implementing plans.
• Trains families, caregivers, and school staff in plan implementation.
• Assists in updating behavior change plans with progress.
• Monitors progress and effectiveness of behavioral programs under supervision.
• May conduct skill enhancement training for Behavior Technicians.
• Provides behavioral services to children with autism or related disorders as outlined in the plan.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

CPR/BLS certification

18+ years old

Formation
