Maxim Healthcare in Concord, CA is seeking a Mid Level Supervisor/Assistant Behavior Analyst to support children and adults with autism and related developmental differences, building communication, social, and daily living skills under BCBA supervision.

The role involves developing goals, supervising behavior technicians, training families and staff, and monitoring progress of behavioral programs, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• BACB 40-hour training completed.
• Licensed/registered in behavior analysis (RBT/ABAT/BCAT or BCBA/BCaBA).
• At least one year experience with children with autism.
• BCBA/BCaBA certification or enrollment preferred.
• Good communication with coworkers, supervisors, clients.
• Computer proficiency required.
• CPR/BLS certification current.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Develops goals and behavior plans under BCBA supervision.
• Assists BCBA with assessments.
• Trains technicians on behavior change plans.
• Trains families and school staff on plans.
• Updates progress on goals and skill acquisition.
• Monitors progress and treatment effectiveness.
• Trains new technicians and job-specific training.
• Provides behavioral services as outlined in plans.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
