Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school is required.
• 4+ years of transactional finance experience at a law firm.
• Hands-on experience drafting credit and loan documents.
• Knowledge of UCC secured transactions and corporate law.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on corporate finance, commercial lending, and secured financing transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate credit agreements, security agreements, and other financing documents.
• Handle matters involving UCC secured transactions and collateral arrangements.
• Conduct due diligence, identify transaction risks, and assist with structuring financing arrangements.
• Manage document negotiation, coordination, and closings in financing transactions.
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys, clients, and financial institutions throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Apply general corporate law principles to support financing transactions.
• Take ownership of meaningful responsibilities while strengthening finance law expertise.

• Manage key aspects of financing transactions, including document negotiation, coordination, and closings.
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys, clients, and financial institutions throughout the transaction lifecycle.
