Calqulate Metrics Ltd is seeking a Mid-Level Finance Associate Attorney in New York to join a top AmLaw 50 firm's expanding structured finance practice. The role focuses on sophisticated CLO transactions and cross-border financings.

Ideal candidates have a JD from a top-tier law school, NY bar, 3–5 years of CLO experience, and strong drafting and negotiation skills. Prior large-firm experience is preferred; you will draft loan documents and collaborate on multi-jurisdictional matters.

Our client, a prominent AmLaw 50 firm, is seeking a talented Mid-Level Finance Associate Attorney to join their rapidly-expanding structured finance practice in New York. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance-focused attorney to work on sophisticated transactions in a dynamic and growing office.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive compensation: Includes an expected base salary range of $260,000-$365,000, commensurate with experience and market factors, and eligibility for a discretionary bonus.
