Confidential Employer in New York is seeking a talented Mid-Level Commercial Real Estate Associate to join our New York team. In this hybrid role, you will work on sophisticated CRE transactions and advise on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, joint ventures, and fund formation.

You will draft and negotiate purchase agreements, financing documents, and related contracts, while coordinating due diligence and closings with attorneys, investors, lenders, and clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
• Strong transactional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and sound professional judgment.

Responsibilities

• Represent sophisticated clients in CRE acquisitions, dispositions, and investment transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, financing documents, joint venture agreements, and other CRE contracts.
• Advise on real estate financing, private equity investments, and fund formation matters.
• Support commercial leasing transactions and complex CRE investment structures.
• Conduct due diligence, evaluate transaction risks, and coordinate closings.
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys, investors, lenders, and clients throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Manage meaningful transactional responsibilities while strengthening your legal expertise.
• Contribute to a collaborative team handling sophisticated CRE transactions across diverse industries.

• Strong academic credentials preferred.
