Job summary

Pacific Peninsula Architecture, a mid-size residential architecture firm in downtown Menlo Park, CA, seeks a candidate to prepare presentation drawings and models and assist in completing construction documents on schedule and within budget. You will coordinate with internal teams and consultants, participate in design discussions, and contribute to client meetings to develop presentation skills.

The ideal candidate has a 3-5 year residential architecture background with construction detailing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture (or equivalent) required.
• 3-5 years residential architectural experience with construction detailing required.
• Intermediate Revit/CAD knowledge required—using Revit/CAD for a minimum of two years in a professional setting.
• Experience working in Enscape, 3D Studio Max, SketchUp a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recognize conflicts that arise during construction and offer alternatives to resolve these issues.
• Ideal candidate is on the track to Architectural Licensing.

Compensation for this role is based upon experience, qualifications, and education. Annual compensation starting at $78K-$92K base plus full benefits package.

Position is full time & in-office position.
