Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial sales, sales engineering, account management, or business development in industrial manufacturing or related technical products.
• Experience managing customer relationships and driving revenue within a defined territory.
• Experience selling technical products through OEM, distributor, or end-user channels.
• Ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop market penetration for WEG Commercial products in the assigned territory, building the customer base.
• Grow share of wallet with existing customers and collaborate on strategic growth plans.
• Identify project opportunities and provide technical sales support throughout the organization.
• Lead technical meetings and coordinate with manufacturing, service, and engineering teams to ensure proper specifications.
• Travel up to 50–70% to cover the Mid-Atlantic region.
