Job summary

Rivian in Ladson, SC is seeking an Adventure Readiness Specialist to support the Service team during peak seasons. You will help with vehicle intake, cleaning, charging, and logistics while gaining broad hands-on experience.

This entry-point role offers hands-on training through the TRAIL program and RLN modules, plus mentorship and opportunities to advance toward a Rivian Service Technician role.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work a flexible 40-hour week, including weekends/holidays.
• Experience with basic hand/tools and safety awareness is a plus.
• Desire to learn and hands-on problem solving.
• Must be 21+ with valid driver's license and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Learn and contribute across Vehicle & Site Operations, Service Production Support, and Training & Career Development.
• Assist with vehicle intake, inspection, washing, detailing, charging, and logistics.
• Support technicians with basic repairs and pre-delivery inspection tasks under supervision.
• Participate in TRAIL program and Rivian Learning Network for growth into a Service Technician role.
