Qualifications

• Graduate of an NLN accredited School of Nursing.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or higher.
• Current Illinois RN license.
• Charge Nurse experience with leadership skills.
• BLS Certification through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct all activities related to patient-centered care.
• Lead and mentor nursing staff on a designated unit.
• Monitor budget and staffing in accordance with guidelines.
