Qualifications

BSN required.
Master's degree preferred.
Five years of experience in a department‑specific area as defined by cert requirements.
Three years of supervisory experience.
DC nursing license current.
BLS certification current (American Heart Association).

Responsibilities

Assess, plan, direct, and evaluate nursing care in area of responsibility.
Ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures and support mission.
Lead clinical practice, staff development, and continuing education.
Collaborate with administration, physicians, and multidisciplinary staff to ensure quality patient care and problem resolution.
