Job summary

Mission Hospital seeks a Nurse Manager for the Critical Care MICU to lead daily operations, promote safe patient care, and drive clinical excellence in Western North Carolina. You will supervise staff, coordinate resources, and partner with nursing leadership to implement evidence-based practices and regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates have a BSN or higher, NC RN licensure, national certification within a year, and at least five years of nursing experience with leadership.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in North Carolina (NCBON).
• National certification in specialty within 1 year of accepting role or pursuing degree.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates leadership through supervision, facilitation, and coordination of clinical care.
