Qualifikationen

• Advanced nursing degree required.
• Ability to obtain Illinois APN license by start date.
• Current RN license required.
• ACNP and/or ANP-BC certification required.
• ICU/critical care experience preferred.

• Differentiates normal and abnormal variations for all body systems.
• Assesses patient and family adaptation, coping and intervention needs.
• Interprets diagnostic tests accurately.
• Analyzes data to guide clinical decisions and plan of care.
• Develops problem lists with differential diagnoses.
• Identifies educational needs of patient and family and assists with teaching.
• Plans and implements pharmacological therapies.
• Documents database, impression and plan of care.
• Collaborates with physician, nursing staff and team for discharge planning.
