Job summary

Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, MA, is seeking a Nursing Specialist for a part-time MICU role. The 23-bed unit requires a leader to advance evidence-based nursing practice, mentor staff, and drive quality outcomes. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Nursing, an MA RN license, and 3–5 years of critical care experience.

BLS and ACLS are preferred. You will lead educational initiatives, partner with interdisciplinary teams, and contribute to policy and process improvements

Qualifications

• Master's in Nursing and MA RN license required.
• 3–5 years of nursing experience required.
• Current CNS certification/license in MA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership to develop nursing staff using evidence-based practices.
• Design and evaluate educational programs for patients, families, and staff.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and assess clinical outcomes.
