Qualifications

• Two years of teaching experience preferred.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, curriculum and program development, program evaluation, self-learning modules.

Responsabilités

• Develops a systematic education plan and evaluates nursing staff development programs.
• Synthesizes literature and research findings to design interventions for patient populations.
• Supervises unit educators and participates in annual performance reviews.
• Provides educational consultation across the continuum in the area of specialty.
• Assesses learning styles and creates educational programs for the population.
