Job summary

CARIN Alliance in Alabama seeks a Nurse Manager for the MICU to lead night shift staffing and ensure delivery of high-quality patient care.

You will supervise and educate nursing and support staff, assess patient needs, and develop comprehensive care plans. The role also involves evaluating care effectiveness, addressing patient care concerns, and contributing to recruitment, training, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN with a diploma from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire; ACLS and PALS may be required within six months depending on unit.

Responsibilities

• Lead staffing coordination for the MICU during night shifts.
• Supervise, educate, and evaluate nursing and support staff.
• Assess patient needs and develop care plans.
