Job summary

High Point Medical Center, part of Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the MICU to deliver high-quality patient care on a 20-bed unit. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and implement evidence-based practices during 7pm-7:30am shifts, with a weekend program that includes a minimum of 2 shifts Friday-Sunday.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with standards and policies.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
