B.H. Inc. is hiring a Tower Technician II to deploy microwave links nationwide. You will climb towers, rig heavy equipment, and assist with path alignment while ensuring safety and quality. This is a full-time role based in Utah with regional travel.

Qualifications

• Experience climbing towers and installing microwave dishes or heavy rigging.
• Hold a Competent Climber / Tower Rescue certification and OSHA 10.
• Willingness to travel 100% with weekend flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Climb towers up to 500+ feet and assist with rigging for microwave dishes.
• Assist with path alignment, tuning to optimize RSL values.
• Install/terminate outdoor and indoor units, coax, fiber, and grounding.
• Support line sweeps, testing, and promote strong safety practices.
