Capital Tower & Communications, Inc. is seeking Traveling Telecommunications Tower Technicians to perform installation, maintenance, and repair of antenna systems on towers nationwide.

The role requires climbing towers over 300 feet, working in all weather conditions, and willingness to travel on 6-week rotations with breaks. Responsibilities include following safety rules, handling tools and equipment, reading site plans, and collaborating with a team to complete tower projects.

Qualifications

• Must be physically able to climb to heights and work at great elevations.
• Experience in construction or electrical trades is preferred.
• Comfort with year-round outdoor work and travel in a six-week rotation schedule.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Install/repair/maintain antenna systems and related equipment.
• Distribute, pick up and organize tools and materials.
• Read site plans and tower drawings.
• Climb and work on towers for installation and maintenance.
• Work effectively as part of a team and communicate hazards.
• Performtower inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
