Job summary

Capstone Solutions, Inc. seeks mid-level Tower Technicians for the greater Kent/Seattle area. The role requires travel (per diem provided) and the ability to climb cell towers. You will install, configure and repair telecom equipment, read SOWs, and support senior technicians in microwave systems.

We value autonomy, core teamwork, and a strong work ethic. Candidates should be able to pass screenings and work non-standard hours as needed. This is a full-time field position with excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to work at heights up to 500 feet.
• Willingness to work outside normal hours, nights and weekends when needed.
• Self-starter with ability to learn and retain new knowledge.
• Pass background checks and driving record checks.

Responsibilities

• Install, remove, configure and repair telecom equipment at cell sites and power equipment.
• Climb towers and structures to install and service microwave and antenna systems.
• Operate RF test equipment and troubleshoot data related to microwave systems.
• Install outdoor cell site systems including cabinets and conduits.
• Read SOW documents and deliver project outcomes accordingly.
• Assist senior technicians in mounting equipment and maintaining systems.
