Microwave West is seeking a Production Operator for day or night shifts to support the production of microwave popcorn. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist with daily production tasks, monitor processes, inspect products, and ensure GMPs are followed while maintaining organized and safe work areas. Teamwork and dependability are essential.

Responsabilités

• Assist with daily production activities in the Microwave West department.
• Monitor production processes and help ensure products meet quality standards.
• Inspect products and packaging for defects or inconsistencies.
• Follow established food safety procedures and GMPs.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company safety rules and operating procedures.
• Communicate production concerns, equipment issues, or quality problems to the appropriate team leader.
• Work with team members to meet production goals and maintain an efficient workflow.
• Complete required production paperwork and quality checks as assigned.
• Perform other duties as needed to support department operations.
