Microwave West (MWW) is seeking a Production Operator to support its popcorn manufacturing lines on day or night shifts. Day Shift: 4:30AM-4:45PM; Night Shift: 4:30PM-4:45AM. Pay rates are $19.00 per hour for day shift and $22.00 per hour for night shift.

This hands-on role focuses on safe, efficient production, quality checks, GMP compliance, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. You will collaborate with the team to meet production goals and uphold product quality standards.

Responsabilités

• Assist with daily production activities in the Microwave West department.
• Monitor production processes and help ensure products meet quality standards.
• Inspect products and packaging for defects or inconsistencies.
• Follow established food safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company safety rules and operating procedures.
• Communicate production concerns, equipment issues, or quality problems to the appropriate team leader.
• Work with team members to meet production goals and maintain an efficient workflow.
• Complete required production paperwork and quality checks as assigned.
• Perform other duties as needed to support department operations.
