Microwave East (MWE) is seeking dependable individuals for Production Associate roles on day and night shifts. The position involves assisting in production and packaging of microwave popcorn, monitoring equipment, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met at a fast-paced facility in Indiana.

Shift options include Day (4:30AM-4:45PM) and Night (4:30PM-4:45AM) with pay rates of $19.00 and $22.00 per hour respectively. Steel-toed boots are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the production and packaging of microwave popcorn.

• Inspect products for quality, proper packaging, and labeling.
• Package, stack, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
