Job summary

Opkalla is seeking a highly motivated Microsoft Solutions Specialist to join our team in Charlotte, NC. You will manage Microsoft designations, collaborate with sales and marketing, and support partner programs, incentives, and go-to-market efforts.

The role requires strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud products, certifications, and CPOR submissions, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences and measurable performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a solutions specialist role focused on Microsoft technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Solutions, Products and Licensing Structure.
• Experience supporting partner programs, incentives, or Microsoft partnership operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Opkalla’s Microsoft status and certifications, designations, and competencies.
• Maintain CPOR submittals and track Co-op fund balances and submittals.
• Facilitate leads from Microsoft and manage opportunities through to close.
• Coordinate MSYNC meetings and align cross-functional teams on opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop collateral for Microsoft solutions.
• Monitor KPIs related to Microsoft solutions and provide monthly reporting.
