Job summary

Connection Services, a Fortune 1000 Global Solutions Provider, seeks a Microsoft Solutions Specialist to support Account Managers with Microsoft program, product, and pricing expertise. You will manage Enterprise Agreements and CSP/NCE and train Account Managers on tools and processes.

Ideal candidates will hold Azure and Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certifications, stay current on product developments, and work towards ongoing Microsoft training to maintain knowledge.

Qualifications

• Advanced user skills for Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in hosting and attending remote meetings using Teams, Zoom, Webex, etc.
• Consultative experience with Microsoft Online Services including M365, Azure, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a dedicated consultative resource for Sales, leadership, and customers focused on Microsoft solutions.
• Presents on customer calls with stakeholders providing options that fit goals and budget.
• Delivers industry insights to customers, focusing on pain points leading to Microsoft modern solutions.
• Assesses quote solutions and identifies better program and product options for customers and Account Managers.
• Maintains a customer-first approach, highlighting value-added services like managed and professional services.
