Millennium Enterprise Corporation (MEC) is looking for an experienced SharePoint and Power Platform Developer to design, build, and support enterprise collaboration and automation solutions. This role blends hands-on development, solution design, and end-user enablement in a mission-driven environment. If you enjoy modernizing business processes, building low-code solutions, and owning platforms end-to-end—this is for you.

Responsibilities

• Craft, develop, and enhance enterprise SharePoint solutions (encompassing client, group, and site collections)
• Create SharePoint-enabled applications that align with business goals and mission objectives
• Design and sustain innovative solutions in SharePoint Online
• Construct custom workflows, automation processes, and data exports to facilitate reporting and analytics
• Oversee and organize site content, document libraries, lists, and permissions
• Utilize Power Platform tools (such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) to enhance SharePoint functionality
• Convert business needs into technical solutions through prototypes and detailed specifications
• Assist in deployments, configurations, and the ongoing administration of the platform
• Deliver end-user training, comprehensive documentation, and best practices
• Engage in stakeholder meetings focusing on site content, enhancements, and governance
• Adhere to Change and Configuration Management processes

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience with SharePoint development and administration
• Strong understanding of custom workflows, lists, automation, and data integration
• Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps (Power BI a plus)
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and SharePoint design tools
• Ability to gather requirements and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users
• Experience supporting enterprise users and content governance
