Job summary
Biogensys is hiring a Microsoft Platform Manager (Hybrid) to lead the governance, strategy, and lifecycle management of the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystem. The role collaborates with Infrastructure, Security, and department stakeholders to balance innovation with security and compliance.
The ideal candidate will manage governance frameworks, drive digital transformation, and communicate effectively with executives to enable enterprise-scale adoption across multiple agencies.
Qualifications
- Requires experience building governance models for enterprise platforms.
- Knowledge of Entra ID, Microsoft Graph, and Power Platform administration.
- Experience implementing DLP and retention policies.
- PM/ITIL certifications preferred.
- Experience leading digital transformation across multiple units.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, governance, and lifecycle management of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystem.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Innovation, and departments to balance innovation with compliance.
- Shape enterprise-wide adoption for 55+ agencies with secure Microsoft technologies.
- Communicate with executives and stakeholders to drive governance decisions.
