Bright Horizons seeks a Power Platform Administrator to govern the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and related AI capabilities. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3 years Power Platform experience required.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 environments and Power Platform–D365 integrations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer Power Platform tenant end-to-end (development, test, UAT, production).
• Enforce data governance, ALM pipelines, and 4-zone environment strategy.
• Manage lifecycle of environments and optimize operations and costs.
• Ensure security controls, data gateway patching, and compliance with FERPA/GDPR.
• Provide ALM support and guidance to citizen developers and business units.
• Partner with FinOps to monitor licensing spend and capacity utilization.
• Coordinate with D365 teams to accelerate platform maturity and integrations.
